Track Your Application Status

Monitor your application throughout the jury process and stay informed about your acceptance status.

Accessing Your Applications

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to "My Applications" or "Dashboard"

  3. View list of all submitted applications

  4. Click any application for detailed status

Application Statuses

Your application can have several statuses:

Draft

  • Application started but not submitted

  • No payment received

  • Can still edit and complete

Submitted / Payment Pending

  • Application submitted but payment not confirmed

  • Complete payment to finalize application

Application Complete

  • Application submitted and payment received

  • Waiting for jury review

In Jury

  • Jurors are currently reviewing applications

  • Scoring in progress

Jury Complete

  • All jurors have submitted scores

  • Organizers are making final decisions

Accepted

  • Congratulations! You've been accepted

  • Next steps for booth payment and acceptance form

Waitlisted

  • Not initially accepted but on waiting list

  • May be offered a spot if others decline

Declined

  • Not accepted to this event

  • Consider applying to future events

Application Details Page

View complete information about your application:

  • Event name and dates

  • Submission date and time

  • Category applied to

  • Images submitted

  • Payment status and receipt

  • Current jury status

  • Acceptance decision (when available)

Email Notifications

You'll receive emails for:

  • Application Submitted: Confirmation your application was received

  • Payment Confirmation: Receipt for application fee payment

  • Jury Complete: When jurors have finished reviewing (some events)

  • Acceptance Decision: Whether you were accepted, waitlisted, or declined

  • Waitlist Update: If your status changes from waitlist

  • Payment Reminder: If accepted, reminder for booth fees

Timeline Expectations

Typical application timeline:

  1. Application Period: When applications are open

  2. Deadline: Last day to submit

  3. Jury Period: 2-4 weeks typically

  4. Notification Date: When decisions are communicated

  5. Acceptance Deadline: When accepted artists must respond

If You're Accepted

Next steps after acceptance:

  1. Log in to view acceptance notification

  2. Review booth payment amount and deadline

  3. Complete acceptance form

  4. Pay booth fees (or deposit)

  5. Receive booth assignment and event details

  6. Prepare for the event

If You're Waitlisted

What waitlist means:

  • Your work was competitive but all spots are currently filled

  • You may be offered a spot if accepted artists decline

  • Waitlist is typically ordered by jury score

  • Respond quickly if offered a spot from waitlist

  • No obligation to accept if offered

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

  • Don't see your application? Check spam folder for confirmation email, verify you're logged into correct account

  • Payment not showing? PayPal payments can take 15-30 minutes to process, check your PayPal account for transaction

  • Haven't heard about results? Check event notification date, contact event organizer if past notification date
