Confirming image attachment contents of a submitted application / what jurors received

Adding Images to an Application

0 views • Last updated 10/27/26

# Confirming Which Images Were Submitted With Your Application You can verify exactly which images were included in your submitted application by reviewing your application record in JAS — what you see there is precisely what the jurors received. ## How to Review Your Submitted Images 1. **Log in** to your JAS account at [juriedartservices.com](/account). 2. Go to **[My Applications](/account/applications)**. 3. Find the application in question and open it. 4. Review the images displayed within the application. This is the complete record of what was submitted — no more, no fewer. > **What you see is what the jurors saw.** JAS does not receive or store files attached to emails. Images must be uploaded directly through the application form to be part of your submission. ## If Images Are Missing From Your Application If the images you expected to include are not visible in your application record, they were not part of the submission — regardless of whether they were sent by email. Email attachments cannot be added to an application after it has been submitted. **Your next step depends on the event's deadline and status.** Contact the event organizer directly to explain the situation and ask whether a correction is possible. JAS support cannot modify application contents or jury outcomes on an organizer's behalf.
