# Updating Photos on a Submitted Application Whether you can swap images on a submitted application depends on the event, so check your application first, and contact the event organizer if editing isn't available. ## Steps 1. **Sign in** to your Juried Art Services artist account. 2. **Open your application.** Find the submission in your account. The [Track Your Application Status](/help/article/track-application-status) article explains how to locate it and read its current status. 3. **Check whether it can still be edited.** Open the application and look for an option to edit or replace your images. If you see one, the event is still accepting changes. If you don't, the application is likely locked, which commonly happens once a deadline passes or judging begins. 4. **Replace the images, if editing is available.** Remove the image you want to change and upload the new one. Before uploading, review the [image requirements](/help/article/image-requirements-applications) so your new files are accepted. 5. **Save and confirm.** Save your changes, then reopen the application to make sure the correct images appear in the right order. ## If you can't edit your application Editing rules are set by each event, not by the platform. Contact the event organizer directly, explain which image you'd like to replace and why, and ask whether they can accommodate the change.
