When we send you an email, your email provider answers with a delivery report. For your address, the report said the message couldn't be delivered: the address doesn't exist, was closed, or isn't accepting mail.
When that happens, we stop sending to that address. You can still sign in and use your account, but you won't get email from us there, including receipts, jury results and messages from shows.
How to fix it
- Check the spelling of your address. A typo such as "gmial.com" or a missing letter is the most common cause.
- Make sure the mailbox still works. Send it a test email from another account. If that bounces too, the account may have been closed by your provider, school or employer.
- Switch to an address that works. Email support@jurying.net from the address you want to use, or use Contact Support, and tell us the name on your account. We'll move your account to the new address and start sending again.
If your address works and you think the bounce was a mistake, contact us anyway. We'll check what your provider told us and turn your email back on.
