Your email provider is blocking our email

FAQ

0 views • Last updated 10/28/26

Some email providers, workplaces and schools refuse email from senders they don't know yet, or filter it so strictly that it never reaches the inbox. Your provider refused our recent messages, so they never arrived.

How to fix it

  1. Add us to your contacts or safe senders. Add support@jurying.net and payment@jurying.net.
  2. Check your blocked senders. If your email settings have a blocked list, make sure jurying.net isn't on it.
  3. Ask your IT team. If your address belongs to a workplace, school or business, ask them to allow email from jurying.net.
  4. Use a personal address if it's still blocked. An address from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or iCloud usually works. Email support@jurying.net from it and we'll move your account to it.

When you've made a change, email support@jurying.net or use Contact Support so we can turn your email back on.
