Submit Your Application

Complete and submit your application to juried art events with confidence.

Before You Start

Prepare these items before beginning your application:

  • High-quality digital images of your artwork

  • Artist statement or bio

  • Contact and business information

  • Payment method for application fee

  • Any required supporting documents

Starting Your Application

  1. Find the event you want to apply to

  2. Review all requirements and deadlines

  3. Click "Apply to This Event"

  4. Log in to your account (or create one)

  5. Begin the application form

Application Form Sections

Most applications include:

1. Personal Information

  • Name and contact details (pre-filled from your profile)

  • Business name if applicable

  • Mailing address

2. Category Selection

  • Choose the category that best fits your work

  • Read category descriptions carefully

  • Select only one category (unless event allows multiple)

3. Artwork Images

  • Upload required number of images (typically 3-5)

  • Ensure images meet file size and dimension requirements

  • Add titles and descriptions for each image

  • Include pricing, dimensions, and medium information

  • Order images by preference (first image is most important)

4. Artist Statement

  • Brief description of your artistic practice

  • Explanation of your submitted work

  • Professional background if relevant

5. Custom Requirements

  • Answer any event-specific questions

  • Provide requested additional information

  • Upload any required supplementary documents

Image Upload Tips

  • Use high-quality, professional photographs

  • Ensure proper lighting and color accuracy

  • Use neutral backgrounds

  • Crop images appropriately

  • Check file format (usually JPG or PNG)

  • Verify file size limits

  • Name files descriptively

Saving Your Progress

Many events allow you to save incomplete applications:

  1. Click "Save Draft" or "Save Progress"

  2. Return later to complete your application

  3. Access saved drafts from your dashboard

  4. Complete before the deadline

Reviewing Before Submission

Before submitting, double-check:

  • All required fields are completed

  • Images are uploaded and display correctly

  • Category selection is appropriate

  • Contact information is current

  • Spelling and grammar in written sections

  • Application fee amount is correct

Submitting and Paying

  1. Review application summary page

  2. Click "Submit Application"

  3. Proceed to payment page

  4. Enter payment information (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

  5. Complete payment transaction

  6. Save confirmation email and receipt

After Submission

Once submitted:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email

  • Application appears in your dashboard

  • Payment receipt is available for download

  • You can view your submitted application

  • Track jury status and results

Important Notes

  • Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on deadline date

  • Payment: Application is not complete until payment is received

  • Changes: Most events do not allow edits after submission

  • Refunds: Application fees are typically non-refundable
